    A quick series to strengthen your core and bring the joy. Here you will find a deep ab burn and a transformation in the way you feel - this is your time to take the pressure off yourself and lean into joy.

  • ABS + WAIST: FOCUS

    A core focused series with the ball to encourage you to shift the way you look at things, so that the things you look at change.

  • BOOTY: LIVING IN THE PRESENT

    A standing and side lying series to help you let go of overwhelm by stepping into the present moment.

  • WAIST + ARMS: COMPARISON

    This series allows you to strengthen your obliques and arms while centering yourself with thoughts of acceptance. Using light hand weights if it feels good for you!

  • CORE: LETTING GO OF WHAT OTHERS THINK

    A deep core burn with the ball. Here, we step into our authentic selves and let go of the opinions of others.

  • BOOTY: OVERCOMING FEAR

    A combination of a standing series and a four point kneel, we target our glutes from every angle. Here, we take action in the direction of who we want to become by cultivating mental strength that allows us to glow from within.

  • BOOTY + ARMS: SEND LOVE

    A series to lengthen and tone the arms and build a burn through the glutes. Shift your focus by harnessing the power of giving. Connect deeply to your body, creating long lines and remind yourself of your ability to make an impact.

  • BOOTY + ABS: FAILURE

    A side lying series to sculpt the outer thighs and outer glutes combined with a deep burn for the waist and core muscles. We cultivate strength in our bodies and strength in our minds, overcoming the fear of failure by changing the way we look at our experiences.

  • ABS + BOOTY: LOVE AND KINDESS

    A deep burn for the glutes and core while reconnecting to your younger self to find inner confidence and self love.
